We welcome Rebecca Sweeney Worsham as our new Human Resources Director!

Rebecca has over 20 years of broad experience in the non-profit and private sector. She is a driven, compassionate leader who is excited to get to know everyone at Community LIFE. She looks forward to promoting our values, empowering others, and driving processes that will allow us to progress in our communication, mission, and care of others. You will find that Rebecca is a direct communicator, but will always have time to hear from you. Her door is always open.

Originally from Portage, in central Pennsylvania, Rebecca now lives in Shaler Township with her husband, Antwan, and daughters, Alanna (14) and Nola (10). She also has two cats, Pinky and Coconut, as well as Lionel, a dog she rescued from the streets of Pittsburgh. Rebecca has a love for animals, helping others, and trying out new restaurants and venues in Pittsburgh, especially comedy.
