Replacing butter with Plant Based Oils

Most of us like butter on our food.

While delicious, the more butter we use, the higher the risk of disease. Switching to plant-based oils such as olive oil (best) or margarine and even mayonnaise lower the risk of disease.

Food does not have to be bland. Switching from butter to plant-based oils, margarine or and even mayonnaise may improve health
