Exercise improves survival after cancer.

Education Series by Randy Hebert, MD, Medical Director

Getting a cancer diagnosis can be a terrible shock.

There are many effective treatments for various cancers.

New research has just come out that we have some control over how we do after treatment. People who begin to exercise after cancer treatments actually live longer than those who do not.

This is wonderful news. While cancer is serious, we have the ability to help ourselves with exercise.
