Superagers
Education Series by Randy Hebert, MD, Medical Director

“Superagers” are those people who seem to have little to no memory loss after age 80.
New research suggests that a reason these people age so well is that that have and maintain a lot of social connections and friends.
Maintaining social connections may be difficult when we get older as we are no longer working, we may have less ability to go out, our friends may move, etc.
Keeping these connections is important and Community LIFE encourages and facilitates activities for our participants so that they can have an active group of friends.
