We welcome Ryann Bradley as our new Chief Financial Officer!

Ryann was drawn to Community LIFE by its mission to provide holistic, community-based care for older adults. With extensive experience in finance and healthcare operations, he wanted a role where strategic leadership could directly support a meaningful cause

Before joining Community LIFE, Ryann served in senior financial leadership roles across healthcare and mission-driven organizations. Throughout his career, Ryann has led strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives that strengthened both patient care and organizational sustainability. Notably, he spearheaded financial turnaround strategies for regional healthcare providers, implemented EHR integrations, and led compliance initiatives, always balancing regulatory demands with high-quality care.

What excites Ryann most about this role is the chance to impact lives in meaningful ways every day. The integrated model of care at Community LIFE, rooted in dignity, independence, and respect, aligns deeply with his values.

In the first year, Ryann is focused on ensuring financial transparency for leadership, aligning budgets with strategic goals, improving operational efficiency, and supporting team development. He leads with a collaborative and supportive style, believing the best results come when team members feel heard, trusted, and empowered.

Outside of work, Ryann brings the same energy and teamwork to the soccer field, where he coaches for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Development Academy. He also enjoys cooking and traveling with his wife, Dr. Krista Boyer, whom Ryann credits as a constant source of support and inspiration.
