Coffee, Tea and Brain Health
Education Series by Randy Hebert, MD, Medical Director

More and more research is providing information about things we can do to preserve our brain health.
One thing is drinking coffee and tea.
A recent large study showed that drinking caffeinated coffee or tea was associated with a lower risk of dementia over a forty-year period.
The lowest risk seemed to be in people who drank approximately 2 to 3 cups of coffee or 1 to 2 cups of tea a day.
