Coffee and Gut Health

More research is showing that our guts have a big impact on our overall health. In addition, an increasing amount of research is demonstrating that coffee is good for one’s physical and psychological health.

The two seem to be connected; coffee changes our gut’s bacteria and these bacteria seem to be associated with improved cognition and mood.

Many people seem to think that coffee is “not good for you.” The best data seems to show the opposite.
