Now that the weather is nicer many of us are itching to get outside. Being outside is good for us.
Nature-based recreation (e.g. gardening, walking in a park, hiking, sitting near a tree—anything) is good for us. These activities improve mental and physical health.
A nice way to keep healthy without side effects.
