Reading and Cognitive Decline

Aging is associated with decreased cognitive function. Thankfully there is something we can do to protect our brain health—reading. The good news is that it is never too late to start. A recent study showed that people ages 60-79 who were put on a reading plan were more likely to improve their brain function.

Reading is another simple thing we can do to improve our health.
