Dana Pfoff
CRNP, MSN, FNP-C
Dana Pfoff is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She also received a minor in Fitness from the University of Pittsburgh where she worked as an ACSM certified trainer.
During her career, she has worked on a medical-surgical unit at Sewickley Hospital and floated to the orthopedic and rehabilitation units. She also spent time as a case manager working in home care. Before being recruited to join Community LIFE, she worked for a company performing Medicare annual wellness exams.
