Annie is excited to work with the Community LIFE teams to provide support and leadership. She has been working in the field of public health management and operations for more than 20 years both globally throughout West Africa, and locally in Allegheny County. Annie brings extensive experience in directing, developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating public health and clinical service programs. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional strengths in strategic planning, policy development, operational improvement, and establishing organizational priorities that support long-term success.

Annie met her husband in Guinea, West Africa when she was serving in the Peace Corps as a public health volunteer. She convinced him to move to Pittsburgh where he promptly fell in love with the black and gold. She loves hiking, camping, playing bluegrass music with her friends, and traveling the world. She is an animal advocate and volunteers at the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh twice a week. She has three rescues at home; two cats Bertha and Cassidy, and a new pup named Banjo.
