September is National PACE Month, and this year’s theme, “Thank You, PACE,” offers an opportunity to celebrate the people who make the PACE model so impactful every day.

At Community LIFE, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated employees whose compassion, expertise, and commitment help participants remain independent, healthy, and engaged in their communities. From direct care staff and therapists to transportation drivers, dietary teams, administrative professionals, and support staff, every employee plays a vital role in delivering the comprehensive care and services our participants depend on.
