Tai Chi

Education Series by Randy Hebert, MD, Medical Director

Twenty percent of adults have knee pain more days than not. This pain can lead to inactivity which can in turn lead to worse knee pain.

A recent study showed that doing Tai Chi using a free, website MyJoint Tai Chi – MyJoint Tai Chi can improve knee pain.

What is nice about this study is that Tai Chi is very safe and can be done on one’s own time at home.
