Mary Wilcher-Flaherty is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her associate and bachelor’s degree in nursing from Penn State University and her master’s degree and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Robert Morris University. As a Registered Nurse, she has worked in various emergency departments. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in outpatient geriatric and family medicine and as a Nocturnist for general and internal medicine at Passavant Hospital. She has also taught undergraduate nursing students at Carlow University and the University of Pittsburgh.
